Honestly, I’m surprised there’s not some sweeping conspiracy theory that the Ukrainian invasion, Trump, and all of the related bullshit in been between are a military-industrial complex plot to have another cold war to drive profits to everyone involved.

It looks like some kind of crazy conspiracy sometimes

Add to that the Democrats don’t need to discuss their policy goals (barely) at all because the Republicans have 0 desire to discuss the nuance of policy.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but this is the most ignorant election cycle ever, everyone on one side is voting on their feefees, and the other side is (rightly) scared shitless by this.

I don’t think anyone is pulling the strings, it’s just a fact of the world we live in.

There probably is such a conspiracy theory, or many based on the same theme. Occam’s razor applies though - it’s far simpler to just assume that Putin is a self-aggrandizing dictator who dreams of conquest (what do you get for a girl who already has everything?). After all, if it looks like a selfish asshole, and it swims like a selfish asshole, and it quacks like a selfish asshole, then it probably is.

Of course, there are many groups within the military-industrial complex who are happy to take advantage of his behavior.

That’s… Not a conspiracy. The maidan is quite literally Russian/US proxy shit playing out with citizens getting sniped in the market.

Ed: I guess I some be specific, intent is unknown but what happened in reality is certainly us/Russian proxy shit spilling over and it does happen to be a huge boon to the mic.
