Eating the dogs and cats is a Tik Tok song meme everyone is laughing at them about because it’s so absurd and dumb. Granted it’s not been great for the residents of Springfield, but it’s a “Kamablah”-style rhetorical whiff I can’t see 2016 Trump making.
