This is dark souls/Elden Ring isn’t it.

Edit. Lol oh shit I didn’t see what comm this was in haha. I don’t even have any dark souls games, or Elden Ring. But I recognize it immediately. I do want to play Elden Ring. But I don’t think my PC can handle it.

They’re all so damn good, if you’re the type of person who enjoys failing hard at first and then eventually “getting good”.

The games aren’t all that demanding either. They tend to prioritize art direction over graphics, so you can run it on a pretty old card. I haven’t replaced my GPU since 2017, I think.

I played one of the dark souls games. Where you start in a foggy forest and meet three witches. But I was not good at it at all.

Ooh, yeah that was Dark Souls 2. It’s sort of the black sheep (or hipster favorite) of the series. That would be a rough starting point.

Ah, Dark Souls 2. That one is a little… different.

It’s not a bad video game, but is probably the worst souls game.

Elden Ring plays fine on Steam Deck. Its actual requirements are pretty reasonable.

The point was that the Steam Deck is not a particularly powerful PC and it can still run it fine.
