      Dice it up real small with carrots and onion. Saute gently in butter. Now you have mirepoix, a delicious base for many foods. The flavor needs to be concentrated. Try celery salt as well to really taste the delicious flavor.

      Celery is like eating crunchy water. I love it.

      Chop it up and mix it into tuna or potato salad. Good stuff.
