Except this union is unreasonable. They want a 77% increase when many make over 100k, and they want anti-technology commitments which is straight up retarded if you understand the industry at all. They rejected triple retirement contributions and a 50% increase. They are insane and holding the entire country’s economy hostage.

Agreed! This UNION is so Unreasonable! All they want is a couple Hundred Million Dollars more to buy a new Jet! Sorry I was thinking of the CEO, the UNION is the Problem!

This guy would walk into a contract negation, see they are giving out pretzels. Sit down, anxiously waiting for a pretzel, and say, “anything you want, just let me have a pretzel already!”

You think thats bad, wait until you hear about the shareholders. They dont even have to pretend to work and they’ll be paid far more for their lack of trouble. The shareholders have had well in excess of a 77% pay rise and, despite that, want even more.

Crazy right? I bet that’s got you really annoyed, considering those are worse than the exact thing you were complaining about above…

      Right?

This attitude lack of understanding and general mindset are all that is wrong with humanity. You should be ashamed of yourself but we all know you’re not.

If you can hold the entire economy hostage, you’re not getting paid enough.

Yeah people really quick to blame essential workers.

100k a year? What a joke. Unless you already bought, you are never gonna get a house near a major docks with that salary.

          All workers really.

When the extremely wealthy hold the economy hostage it’s the “invisible hand of the free market” and when labor holds the economy hostage they’re selfish and greedy free loaders. Really sad how that happens.

A 77% increase over 6 years is 9.15% per year, which is quite good, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable.

We’re out here with the highest wealth inequality ever seen and you’re mad that a few folks actually have enough power to demand their fair share? Fuck off you 0.1% apologist.
