I do actually know a fair bit about the history of the conflict in Palestine.
You claim that the Palestinian genocide didn’t start until last year, while the ethnic cleansing/discrimination/… has actually been going on for decades already. That’s why they mocked your date. The process intensified last year, but it was an already ongoing process.

Specifically the fact that Saudi Arabia was in the process of normalizing relations with the occupiers, but no longer is.
