minus-square@MrShankleslink4•4 hours agoEhh, depends on the concentration of salt and if you’ve been sweating a whole lot… and I mean working outside in the heat sweating, not a 30-minute cardio. But unless you have low (or lose) sodium and/or chloride, than it will probably dehydrate you
