Because most people call ahead to plan the visit, have a team who travel ahead to setup extra lighting, have a barrage of security out front closing an entire city street, has no other purpose to be there because he has a team of stylists who follow him around with tubs of orange makeup and gallons of hairspray, and have also otherwise never visited this neighborhood or business.
