It was a tweet, originally in another language, that someone translated to English and posted a screenshot of (to R*ddit I think) which said (paraphrasing) “Biden looks like he crapped his pants on accident, and Bibi looks like he crapped his pants on purpose” and it was in response to an article featuring this photo
