Though President Donald Trump visited a Pennsylvania McDonald’s location on Sunday, the fast-food giant is trying to stay neutral in the presidential race.
“As we’ve seen, our brand has been a fixture of conversation in this election cycle. While we’ve not sought this, it’s a testament to how much McDonald’s resonates with so many Americans. I haven’t eaten at a McDonalds since before covid, and I don’t really miss it.
Their sausage mcgriddles are a guilty pleasure of mine from time to time.
Eggo used to make waffles with “built in” syrup. A breakfast sandwich made with those as the bread is a close approximation, imo. Plus, you can use better cheese
They’re as delicious as they are bad for you lol, but yeah, I get that.
I can make a passable facsimile of them at home as an occasional treat.
