    TRY DOING SQUATS AND HOLDING THEM FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.

    I DONT KNOW IF IT WILL HELP YOUR HARDNESS PROBLEM BUT ITS REALLY GOOD FOR TONING YOUR LEGS.
