I feel like the only time we see heavy characters in anime/manga are when they are being depicted as undesirable in some way. It’s actually nice that here Stiritz is just a big girl that Khiels is really in love with.
The only one that really comes to mind is the series for big girls: (NSFW) Plus-Sized Elf. There was a recent anime adaptation for the series as well (even more NSFW).

Have you read Kyou no Ashura Meshi? Only 4 chapters so far, but one of the main characters is also a big girl and it’s been quite fun.
