Reddit is removing your chat history from before 2023::As part of a migration to a new architecture, Reddit chose not to migrate chat histories before 2023. Though it offers a way for users to request their old data, including chat histories, some users say they’re still missing messages.
Nobody wanted chat on that site anyway. It was all catfish bots and cryptocurrency scams.
And sometimes both at the same time.
Gimmick to say the least… terrible in fact, there’s too many platforms for chatting as it is – where Discord shines in that regard
