EU elites are in general just preparing to hunker down, again. it won’t be just climate change that will suffer(not like they were doing much anyway). They will have wait for democrats or some transatlantists republican to take power. Not like Europe has politically, economically or militarily anywhere else to run even if Trumps-US told the whole continent to bend over and take it if they just decide to have their way with us.
