Huh, I thought the gaslighting fascist assholes were all about how upset they were about how “activist judges” and how precious “states’ rights” are.
Turns out they were absolutely full of shit.

By the way, the best approach would be to make sure every single state has a military hospital that allows what we had for 50 years of precedent. Maybe start admitting civilians, too. Problem solved - when the civilian steps onto that land, they will be protected by feds. Also helps to solve the problem of having forced birther terrorists threatening the lives of doctors, nurses, and patients - or at least it severely limits the exposure. Same for the insane forced birthers that harass those coming and going. Give those people a “free speech zone” far outside the base. :)
