Their pact was more about having mutual levels of power though. Putin clearly has power over Trump and it sure looks like Xi has power over Putin.
Trump’s official power will dwarf Putin’s by orders of magnitude on January 6th.
And yet Putin will still pull the strings.
Because trump is a moron of the third order.
official power isn’t really what Putin specializes in now.
His thing is more influencing who gets that official power in other countries.
