So, one day ago l created my own community [email protected] and it kinda blew up quickly. Now lm looking for mods because of these reasons:
- Im not very active on Lemmy. I only spend like 20-30min/day.
- l have other stuff to do.
- l don’t want sit all day on front of computer to moderate.
- l don’t want be exposed to NSFW content Can you give advice how to choose right moderator for your community?
lf you’re already moderate a few mid-sized communites and want moderate my community, then l can hire you.

You would be best to make an announcement post in the community. From there comments there you can promote them to mod.
If you need someone to wack posts down I am on too much and always sort by new.
