I constantly switch between feeling like there’s nothing to watch, listen to, play etc. and “there’s too much! I don’t have enough hours in a day and mental energy to get through all of this, even though I want to.”
But the older I get the better I am at not feeling forced by myself or others to just devour everything and it gets easier and easier to space things out. The stuff won’t go away, and I’d rather take my time with it than binging everything and then having to go back to stuff I originally felt “meh” about just to have something to do, it’s a waste of time.
