I Disagree. They sued him for “falling to promote” DK’s catalogue, what BS is that. Concerning the unpaid royalties, he had a credible explanation. Now he is the one not getting any cent for songs he wrote. With his label and all, I don’t think he would have needed to steal a couple thousand dollar and ruined his band for that.
