Could be. These were tourists partying while traveling. Likely from wealthy families so it’s not like they couldn’t afford regular booze. But that doesn’t mean someone didn’t come by with bad shit just giving it away for fun, unknowingly killing people. I highly doubt this was in any way intentional.
