I imagine any enterprise laptop would be similar, if you can’t hook it up to the projector, why bother?
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish1•3 days agoWell, if you use such legacy style of connection to projector, I may agree, if it was not that easy to upgrade the cable to have a c to hdmi adapter mounted all the time. I connect wireless to my projectors, like, everywhere.

Projectors have a long lifespan, and don’t tend to be replaced until they actually fail. Besides, HDMI can transfer up to 48 gigabit/sec, so it’s actually faster than anything but the very latest standard of USB.
