The Ruble has declined 8.5% just today as we “speak”. This looks like a very serious collapse of the Ruble. If the Ruble collapses, they can’t as easily buy help from North Korea Iran and China.
With an internal economy already struggling with declining productivity, there is no way I can see Russia last several years in this war anymore.

Common essential goods like Butter, potatoes, eggs and sugar are already declining hard in production, and have increased prices of up to 70% compared to last year.

Russia has struggled to keep up the appearance that the economy is fine, but that boat has sailed now, now we are seeing the cracks cascading, maybe the onset of hyperinflation.

Russia is economically very much a dead man walking now. Yes they may be able to keep it up with the war for months maybe a year, but definitely not several years.

They only have to last until comrade Trump takes the reins. After that you can kiss support to Ukraine and sanctions on Russia goodbye. Trump owes hundreds of millions to Russian oligarchs, they’re going to get their money’s worth.

What a fucking dispicable result. Fucking weak Americans rather stay home than fight for democracy because they might have to vote for a black woman.

Losing US support will be a hard blow, But there are already plans for Europe to step up and support Ukraine more. Maybe it won’t cover the loss of USA completely, But Ukraine already had to do without USA for 8 months, when the MAGA controlled house blocked the aid to Ukraine.

It doesn’t seem like Russia has very high hopes regarding Trump, they even intensified efforts after Trump won for some reason?

You’re probably right. The Russian casualties are something that will drain their economy for decades. European move away from Russian oil and gas also is a long term consequence.

I’m just feeling negative about the world when I see people fighting and dying for democracy and freedom contrasted by people who can’t even be bothered to vote to fight for the same.

Absolutely, I was sure Harris would win, she was a very good candidate IMO, I cannot fathom why Americans think Trump will be a good president?
And yes apparently Harris lost, because democratic voters couldn’t be bothered to vote?
Only time will tell what the Americans will lose, they may even lose their democracy! Something Americans have always fought for.
I think the people of some democratic countries take the benefits of living in a democracy for granted.
