And it assured its followers that a regional alliance of militias supported by Iran would jump in to support it in battle.

Those myths have now been shattered.

    More substantively, taking Netanyahu at face value (which you shouldn’t do, but for the sake of argument), does this mean the genocide is finally over?

      This ceasefire is only for Israel’s secondary conflict in Lebanon with Hezbollah. The genocide in Palestine is still ongoing and not likely to stop anytime soon.
