    Yes, but it’s not illegal discrimination.
    Pedestrians aren’t a protected group, and neither are poor people.

          Some people who can’t drive don’t have those. Some people can’t drive because of poor eyesight.

          Did you forget the /s? A pharmacy might be accommodating, but a fast food employee isn’t paid enough to argue against a manager demanding cars only.
