What would you add/change for next time

I know I could do with a sweeter red vermouth

    The bitterness is what keeps me coming back, frankly!

    Do you have problems with bitter flavours in general? You might be a supertaster

      Not generally. I drink my coffee black on daily basis. Tho more leaning toward the light roast arabica, I could take dark roasts as well as robusta with no issue. I also have no issue with other liquors and spirits.

        Tbh coffee bitter is quite different from Campari bitter but personal taste is very much that. My motto is that you should keep trying tasting, as through that you find out it what you like.

        Did you try the white Negroni with Suze and lillet?

          Yeah, I haven’t given up on it, but so far, I can’t say I have found anything that suits my taste.
