It’s nothing to do with religion. When you fetishise identities you don’t belong to, it can be helpful to listen to people who belong to those identities, so you can fetishise us respectfully. Otherwise you’d be talking about having sex with people you won’t respect, which I’m sure you don’t want to do.
I do dislike the current monotheistic understanding of gods and religion, which is more what the comic is clowning on. It isn’t about any physical entities walking the earth, but the untouchable concept of an all powerful capital G god. It’s not sexualizing you in any way, but a specific diety that needs to be brought down from its throne. I’m sorry if that wasn’t how you interpreted it.
