I don’t understand their absolute ban on posting the manifesto, or the desperation to silence users speculation, or suspending Luigi’s user account even though he has not been proven guilty of anything. What’s going on over there?

Very wealthy people want it sunk and the site likes money.
Maybe not explicitly, but that’s the expectation when you’re a platform that depends on advertising. Must be a “safe space” for advertisers.
