Quathisha Epps, had an inquiry launched against her for her $400,000 paycheck last year, with most of it coming from claims of 1,600 hours of overtime. Lt. Epps promptly submitted her retirement paperwork after the inquiry was announced, and then accused New York Police Chief of Department of, get this, offering her overtime, for sexual favors.
I’m not sure this is going to turn out the way Lt. Epps believes it will. Woof.
