Summary

Texas Republican Valentina Gomez sparked outrage after releasing a video proposing public executions of undocumented immigrants who commit violent crimes, claiming it would act as a deterrent.

The video, shared on X, simulated Gomez shooting a hooded dummy representing an undocumented migrant.

Her comments followed the arrest of a Guatemalan immigrant for a subway murder in New York.

Known for far-right provocations, Gomez’s remarks drew sharp criticism from political figures and activists, with some praising her stance while others condemned it as hateful and extreme.

I mean, also the immigrant probably didn’t get disgustingly wealthy off the suffering of others?

    So yes.

    Apples and CEOs

What about the violent crime of setting someone on fire? I have to admit I have no problem with shooting that guy in the head (if he’s guilty).

But she is talking about immigrants. She is acting as if all immigrants are like this instead of this person just being a piece of shit. What he did has absolutely nothing to do with being an immigrant. CEO’s of large corporations exploit their workers and everyone and everything else to make money. What they do has everything to do with being a CEO. Unlike setting someone on fire. Which has nothing to do with being an immigrant.

Honestly if you can’t see the difference then you’re an idiot.

I’m sorry, a portion of the population of earth are dumb as dirt. If you can come to terms with that, we can help you join a workforce set to your specific skills.
