I bought one of these made out of plastic from Aliexpress and it doesn’t work too great. Maybe the glass one is more accurate? Like it kind of makes everything look pixelated, but it also just makes it look a bit blurry. The pixels also aren’t perfect, but have soft edges. Still though it was okay for about 3 dollars.
It doesnt look that good in the pictures, and id say 18x18 pixels is not enough for the field of view it covers. Maybe double that and youd still have a pixelated image, but actually be able to make out more than just fuzzy blocks of color.
