Yeah that’s not how language works, that’s how pestering works, just because you don’t like to be called Apple and I call you an apple doesn’t mean that apple is now magically an insult word.

I know this must be difficult to understand, but more than one person can hold an opinion like “just don’t call someone something they’ve asked you not to call them”
I have no clue who the other person is, and the only “alt” I have is the same name on a different instance.
Just… Unless your goal is to intentionally disrespect someone, if they tell you they don’t like being called something, don’t call them that, it really isn’t hard. And if your goal is to be disrespectful… Maybe consider hanging around people you can respect instead.
