But even in the Far East it is known that the AfD and BSW will only indirectly influence Germany’s future international positions. The SPD is seen as open to stronger economic relations, while the CDU and especially the Greens are seen as hostile. Interestingly, the Chinese party press describes the Greens as “ultra-right”.

I see a few city councillors and a smaller number of townie mayors. One of the three mayors runs a place with a population of sixty. I’ve voted for greens and will again, but what I’m seeing doesn’t match the bravado on display.
That’s still better than any other third party. They have the best chance among third parties, right now, to get to the state and then federal level.
The biggest third party in the US, or the biggest snowball in hell? I’ll keep voting for em, but there’s no reason to get excited.
