Don’t buy fresh produce. Frozen is actually better since it’s frozen pretty soon after harvest.
Some stuff just doesn’t freeze well.
Vegetables are one of those things that do.
Depends on the vegetable, clearly.
It’s far from “better” unless you like mushy produce over fresh crisp produce.
