It’s just crazy to me how long the casualty number has been consistently 1500-2000 per day now (soon half a year per the recently posted plot). I just can’t help but recognise that there is definitely a limit to how long Russia can keep this going.
At the same time, I’m wondering whether the massive casualties are due to degraded/lacking equipment/armour (soldiers assaulting with golf carts and motorcycles instead for IFV’s and APC’s), a consistently high intensity of assaults, or both.
