And honestly, Mueller gets a lot of flack, but he very clearly laid out the evidence from the investigation. He didn’t have the authority to pursue charges of any kind. That would have required AG Barr and the DOJ to press charges.
So there may be a lot of shit, but people seem to really misunderstand how that system works. Or willfully misrepresent how it functions. Or doesn’t function.
It doesn’t make him a bag of shit. It’s just an award for achieving nothing. Something that if you saw it, you’d want to do something about it. But you can’t.
I guess I’d just prefer to give the award to people who are actually at fault. Like Judge Aileen Cannon. She actively worked to make sure justice didn’t happen, and that there were no consequences for all of the blatant crimes.
