      Interesting. Never heard of this before. What specifically is it supposed to help with? The energy boost or the anxiety?

        The anxiety. It’s a chemical found in teas that’s credited for the calmer caffeine boost they provide.

        It’s supposed to maintain (and maybe enhance) the increased alertness of caffeine while counteracting the jitters and anxiety.

          Hm. That’s what weed does to me. I love being hyperstoned. Double fisting a cup of joe and a blunt.

        I haven’t heard of any negative health effects. It’s naturally found in tea, for whatever that’s worth.

        I can’t put my finger on any studies that support the jitters/anxiety claim atm. Here’s one that suggests that the combination improves performance more than caffeine alone: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18681988/
