minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•17 days agoCould have been the new owner who dumped a retired K9 at the pound, perhaps since sometimes those dogs have PTSD and can be more of a challenge than expected, or the owner died. Animals wind up in odd places for many reasons.
The real ACAB is the police department dumping a retired K9 at the pound.
