It’s unclear if support has been mainlined since then. Edit: And the project mentioned above only work up to a certain firmware in which Simagic implemented their own proprietary protocol https://github.com/JacKeTUs/linux-steering-wheels/issues/3

According to this 2 years old project, Simagic’s force feedback isn’t supported in mainline kernels, requiring installation of a kernel module. It’s unclear if support has been mainlined since then.
