This time one of vegans decided to teach us all about eggs, honey and bees.
Apparently bees are “imprisoned” and pollination is not comparable to keeping bees 😂
You have to imprison and exploit chickens and bees for those 2 things. Pollination is no way comparable.
I don’t know about USA. I have seen free range chicken farms in Europe and there was nothing “horror” about them - but than animal welfare standards are much higher in Europe than in the US in general.
During sex determination, male chicks are thrown into an industrial blender.
And we’ve genetically modified chickens to lay eggs at a rate which regularly cause them inflammation so severe they end up getting fevers and dying.
Sounds like a horror show to me.
Sounds like a good source of tasty eggs to me. In fact I may have some fried eggs with bacon this morning - would you like to share your thoughts about pig farming as well?
