No, by using catbox, all instances just refer to catbox, which is the single host of the picture. In the past, you would have a copy of pictures posted directly stored by every instance, consuming resources for every of them

I am, but am using a VPN (Netherlands), so I don’t know that that’s it…

I’ve not had issue with them before, could it be a db0 thing (since I recently moved instance, so that might be it)?
Either way, is there a reason you don’t upload images directly in to a post? That’s how I’ve been doing it… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I always thought it was better to have the picture once rather than on every instance, maybe I’m wrong 😅
