My company has been looking to replace Skype with Matrix, and I got to say. The quality of service and feature completeness is just not there yet. Microsoft is shit, but the vendors for stuff like Matrix are still underwhelming.
Oh, and even if you find a good vendor, it’s a new recurrent expense that used to be free. Melon’s subscription notwithstanding.
