Like, it would be bad enough if it was just destroying the planet when people wanted it, but they’re burning all those fossil fuels for zero reason except to show investors that AI can do anything remotely useful.
I had no idea AI used so much energy. For what? Cool videos and incorrect answers. I’m not sure the costs are worth it.
