Sanctions? Isn’t the whole west sanctioning Russia already and that barely did anything?
They did a lot. Maybe not enough but saying they didn’t do anything is disingenuous.
Europe did an almost total cut off where possible (and suffered the consequences). I wonder what else could have been done?
