I interviewed for a programming position and one of the interviewers asked me if I would rather program in all ones or all zeroes
Granted, the other interviewer on the call sigh-laughed and said “don’t answer that”. Sure it’s a stupid question but it actually comforted me to hear the dudes didn’t have sticks up their asses
