I told a high school buddy that nipple skin was the same as lip skin and that when you look at a woman’s lips it is the same skin as their nipples. He froze and stared off into the distance for a long while.
You would have a very difficult time regulating your body temperature. You would need to regularly moisturize your entire body. You wouldn’t need to buy deodorant anymore, and you would rarely need to shower. (Lips don’t have any sweat or oil glands)
You would also have absolutely no body hair.
EDIT: Including no hair on your head, everyone with all lipskin is bald.
A whole lot of people would be a different skin color, and this lip-skin color would change more as you age.
Walking would be much more painful due to increased concentration of sensory nerves.
You would also sunburn much more easily, and probably bleed more easily and severely from light cuts and abrasions.
… Also the lack of sweat glands would mean you’d have a very poor ability to maintain homeostasis, so a lot of people would die of heat stroke / heat exhaustion, basically any moderately athletic actions could kill you.
EDIT 2: Following that last point, most agriculture and construction and resource extraction labor becomes deadly, so the economy collapses and we all starve to death.
