If can’t afford that and feel you need to document, disable all location tracking on your phone and put it in airplane mode. Do not take it out of airplane mode unless there is an extreme emergency. Not even wifi allowed. Disable all biometric unlock. Make a long PIN and memorize it, don’t write it down. Keep the phone locked or set it up to lock with one click in case it is taken from you.
Just in total agreement here about everything else but we need proof.
