You can get it ground as fine as flower yeah. Also acts as a thickener if you have a sauce that is too watery. Flax is a super food, go look at all the benefits it provides. Everyone should be using it. Nutritional yeast too but just because it’s delicious. 👌

Ground flax in cooking and you’re sorted
Is it a flour consistency? Or more gritty? I’ve been trying to cut out meat/dairy and if it’s easy enough to cook with casually, why not include it.
