Erista is v1, Mariko is v2. ‘First gen’ means Erista. This is how I’ve seen it for the entire six years I’ve been developing homebrew for the switch. It’s how my documentation lists it, it’s how everyone else’s documentation lists it. listen man, I’m just upset that the first persob got pissy with me because I just tried to point out that with my understanding of how things worked, and how they worded their first and second reply, they had paid some Reddit rando $140 more than they should have. I’ll admit that I am not “in the scene” so to speak, and that I find it odd that this is how they have chosen to label things as to people who aren’t in the know it would be very confusing. I apologize for being rash. I do not do well with perceived passive-aggressiveness over text.

I may not know anything about you, but if (as perceived by what you had said originally) someone pays $150 for what should be a $10 service, you are being ripped off. Dont need to know anything about you or your equipment for that.
