They know they can just nod their heads and play in Trump’s fentanyl fairytale land for a phone call, and that gives them a whole extra month for more trade deals that will make them less reliant on the U.S. The only one losing here is Trump, who just looks like a petulant toddler getting played like a rube, but I suspect he’s too stupid to see it that way.
