I’m going to delay telegram delivery, also I’m not hanging up at the end of the phone call so they can’t use the line anymore!
Because it is a general guideline, and should have more relevant examples. It talks about factories… we don’t have many of those. It doesn’t talk about cutting data lines, which would disrupt communication. It needs to have more focus on modern technologies.
I’m going to guess your comment about not hanging up is a joke? Because there aren’t “lines” anymore in the traditional sense. Not hanging up does nothing.
